  Day 2 was the worst! Movers showed up at 12:30pm. One of the movers was completely passed out and would not wake up after numerous attempts. I helped the other mover move my stuff for over 3 hours until the passed out one woke up. When he woke up, he was still out of it, unsteady on his feet, belligerent, not helping much, and slamming my furniture around. Day 1! Movers showed up at 9:30am. The soon to be passed out guy, walked in with a completely political incorrect shirt on and made sure to point it out to me. He spent the day not helping out much and complaining about the amount of furniture I had and how heavy it was. They were ill prepared! One mattress cover, no TV box, and very few packing quilts. At 3:30pm, they still weren't done and then left without packing everything up! I spent the next 2 hours loading as much as I could into my car, and had to have my daughter come over and take what I couldn't pack-up to her house. This was an out of state move. I still have items that I need to go back. I also had my some damage to my furniture. I talked with management twice. Was told by the first guy that he'd discuss the issue with the franchise owner and get back with me. Never heard anything back. Another guy called, but his concern getting the non-passed out mover back to work. No concern about what happened with me. I was told, "this is not how we do things!" Well, yes it is!

  We have been waiting on your response for the damages that were incurred and the time lost. The last correspondence we had you were going to think it over and let us know something via email. We have not received anything. We have apologized profusely for this situation, and handled it in house with the employee, this was something outside of our normal realm of things and we were trying to handle it as best as we know how.   I did not used 3 Men and Truck. The price and the day that l wanted they could not do. I did choose them at first, but l chose another moving company that was able to do the day l wanted. So I called back the Two Men and a Truck Company and had them cancel the date that they had chosen for me. But before I had a chance to do that I had to ask him to give me my deposit back. The guy on the phone when I call to cancel was very rude and disrespectful it took all my energy not to be rude back all I wanted was my deposit back of $100. The guy on the phone stated that he would give me my $100 back but when I got my credit card bill it was still on there I had to fight for the dispute so that I could get my money back. I had called the credit card company to help me to resolve my problem with Two Men and a Truck moving company. Then I also called back Two Men and a Truck that is located in Vandalia and ask him that I wanted my money back I had canceled. The person that I have spoke to on the phone stated that he did not mean to keep my hundred dollars in that I would get it back on my credit card. I haven't heard from my credit card company about the dispute yet. I just hope that they gave me my money back.

  We apologize this was your experience. However, our location never had services scheduled for you. It does typically take 7-14 business days for a credit to be reimbursed, so I am hoping that was resolved for you.

  I would highly recommend Two Men and a Truck if you're moving to the Miamisburg/Centerville area. They helped me move in to my apartment quickly and didn't damage anything. They were flexible with scheduling and the cost was reasonable.
