  I have hired Two Men and a Truck for three moves, and each time they have been careful with my furniture and belongings, great to work with, friendly, and responsive. The moving teams are always willing to go with reasonable changes as they inevitably pop up during the move. My latest move was across two or three states, depending on the interstate route you take, but they got the load and unload done in one day, God bless them. My latest move occurred during wave #9999999 of the COVID pandemic, and the guys took every precaution recommended. They left me with a relaxed and confident feeling all through the process. Highly recommended.

  After I was done moving, I signed an agreement to the completed services. The service hours were accidentally over calculated, but I didn’t catch the mistake. I signed the contract agreeing to pay for the additional hours. Two Men and a Truck could have charged me for the additional hours because that’s what I agreed upon, but they caught the mistake and corrected it. They saved me 400 dollars! What an honest company! Thank you, Two Men and a Truck.

  We were in need of a state to state moving service. Called several companies but none were available for specific dates i needed. Spoke with Jane from this office, she answered many questions I had and assured me this company offered a "white glove service" - since we'd be transporting many antique items, that they trained their movers in house - mentioning that many moving companies hire day laborers and that they drug tested as well. So needless to say she did her job and made an inquiring potential customer feel at ease. She asked for an email with pictures of items we were moving - the day after arriving into town I sent pictures as requested via email. I called several times with more questions and qas unable to speak with Jane but did speak to Sadie who was very pleasant, informative, professional and thorough with her responses. I was a bit concerned I had not received a quote (since initially I was going to do a 2 state move) however Sadie was able to help me with a ballpark. I ended up going with a one state move service only and making a deposit of about 25% of moving service fee to secure the movers ans truck. We chose to go with a truck over freight service since we were moving antiques, some being over 200 years old and worth several thousand dollars. Although we did not fill the 26ft truck, we did appreciate that the truck was only being filled with our content and driven directly to our out of state location. We did not hire any of their recommended packing services but did go with a reputable service we were entire happy with. The day of moving, the 2 men arrived right around the time specified so that was great. The guys were fairly young and smelled of marijuana, we were taken back at this considerating they claimed to drug test their employees. However, we are aware that cannabis is a medication to some so we didn't make it a big ordeal. What was important that they did their job effectively, timely and professionally. The lead guy reviewed info with me and had me intial and sign all paperwork before they started work. Wonderful! Only complaint is that they charge you $2 per each tape roll they use to wrap your items, I mean REALLY? When a person is spending just short of $10k for your service seems a little silly of a charge. As aforementioned, the items were already packed prior to their arrival (minus a few last minute items my mother in law decided to take, which the guys were really good about not rushing her, she's 75 and working arpund her), the guys were methodical in their truck packing routine and we felt comfortable with the way they blanketed, shrink wrapped, taped and strapped down all necessary items inside truck. The guys worked fast and were a good team. They mentioned the transport wouldn't leave NJ until Monday. The truck arrived in FL on Wednesday. I personally wasn't at drop of location however, my in laws said they were fast and courteous. I had a bit of a concern and I called office however I was unable to reach anyone in the accounting/finance department. Luckily I was able to speak with Sadie again, she was able to get all my questions answered and concerns handled, she's a gem of an employee! *** Boss man/woman, if you read this PLEASE review this employee and give the woman a raise!!! She went above and beyond and out of her way and department to provide superior customer service support for a client! I even asked her if I was able to review her in specific as she seemed to be the only one in office to answer and get customer concerned handled promptly. She was very humble and kind about the praise! My in laws were unwrapping the bigger items and as of yet nothing was damaged in transport, what a relief! It will take a few days before they get to the boxes - will update review if needed. But at end of day, even though the service was pricey it was worth the fees to my in laws for their precious unreplaceable family heirlooms. THANK YOU!
