  I could not be happier with my experience. I was able to call and book movers for the NEXT day to come and fix what another company couldn't handle themselves. It was a somewhat complicated relocation of large appliances, and the three men came in and assessed the situation, acknowledged the issues, and figured out solutions all while I was in the middle of a remote video meeting. I even straight up told them that at this point I was not concerned with scratching on my appliances or holes in my walls, I just needed them to get them in the basement for me. Not only did they get them in the basement quickly, there was no damage to my walls or my appliances! I highly recommend this company!

  I had a great experience with Two Men and a Truck. I found them to be professional, efficient, and affordable! Jeremy and Gabe were my two main movers, and I want to shout them out specifically because they were awesome!

  Terrible experience, movers came to move my in-laws who are 82 and 78 years old. They were not wearing masks when I came there to check. They did put masks on after I asked them, however they took them down during the process, so I had to ask them again. They broke the bed, ripped out headboard where it secures to frame and used screw guns on high power so it ripped the set on the screw lock. They did tell my father in law that they didnt brake it and it was broken before, which couldn't be further away from the truth because then bed wouldn't have the support and be on the floor. So my in laws called me and told me that movers are now saying they will not take the bed apart, sence it's broken. I called the crew and asked them to take it apart and reassemble as much as they can at destination. The only bed my older parents have in the new place. Movers had moved at slower pace according to my in laws, notably stopping frequently for chats and not completing the tasks but rather contemplating what they need to do... In the new place they came and didnt want to assemble the bed, they had to call their office and discuss and then try to assemble parts that weren't broken, which they failed to do but took few hours to try, I suppose. When I came there (after movers were gone) I found many items still in branded blankets, so they didnt bother to unpack those and bed was parted on the floor with drawers in wrong places. I had to spend 4 hours to secure the frame together with wood screws, so they could use it vs sleeping on the couch and armchair. My parents in law are older and usually very shy and polite, they complained to me ( because I book the movers) that movers men were angry and hostile with them. I guess this sums up my feedback. A day later, I recieved a call from their office, nice guy, following up on customer experience with their company... I shared with him the same feedback as you can see here. He said he will follow up, hope he does.
