  Two men and a truck were fantastic movers. The estimate and set-up and coordination of my move was flawless. Three men came on time and worked very carefully, expeditiously and were so well coordinated (not to mention very nice guys) My three movers were Javier, Brad and Joshua. Recognition should also go to Kayla who was my rep in the office. I only had One day to make my move and I was very concern and anxious that the movers would show up and get the job done. At each step of the move you guys did everything right and timed everything perfectly and made my life at ease. Thanks!!!

  I want to be VERY CLEAR from the start that my one star review is about the operations manager Gino, and not our movers. If I could give our movers a 5 star review I certainly will, because they did the job perfectly and so quickly. I was truly thankful for Javier and his team for this. But weeks ago I did a quote online for our move then spoke to Kenny to confirm the details. The main reason we hired movers was because we have an upright piano and we live on a 3rd floor apartment. ALL INFORMATION I PROVIDED WEEKS AGO. The movers arrive today and they start taking the stuff to the truck, when it’s about halfway full they explained the info on the papers stated that we were on the 1st floor and to move a piano from the 3rd floor they would need 2 more guys. That he was waiting for his boss to tell him what to do. His boss, Gino, the operations manager then calls me to say that they will not be moving the piano because the company doesn’t move pianos up/downstairs. I tell him so you’re calling me with absolutely no solution, you’re just telling me no. Then I do proceed to explain that I had made all the details very clear when I confirmed the move, and he proceeds to gaslight me and raise his voice at me. He says, “I’m not saying you’re lying but the paper says 1st floor”. I would HAVE NEVER SAID 1st floor. Then I said “the only reason I hired movers was because of the piano” and he goes on to tell me in a rude sarcastic way that what you don’t need anything else moved like your dresser bed, etc.” When it was very clear what I said. I then said we’ll I assume you won’t be charging me the total amount on the estimate and he said yes, because it’s the time allotted (which luckily was not the case and I ended paying less than I was originally quoted), but this was thanks to the movers not Gino. Gino then calls me back, and I let him know I wanted nothing to do with him and that I’d continue just speaking with my movers. And I advised him that I would be leaving a bad review, and he said that I should think about it before because it would hurt the movers and not him, and I advised him that my review would fully specify my one star is for how rude he was to me, which of course he gaslight me again and said he hadn’t been rude to me. It’s ok though, I know this review will most likely receive another gaslight response by Gino or his team. So take it as you wish, but I wanted to make sure it was noted that this company has good movers but terrible and rude managers. So here’s things to note so you don’t have my same issue. If you choose to hire them, make sure absolutely everything on the paperwork is stated clearly and that they aren’t able to change their policy on you mid move! So if you have a piano I recommend you definitely DO NOT HIRE this company, because mid move they’ll tell you, they can’t move it and you’re stuck finding other solutions. That’s all! And as I told Gino as he hurried to get off the phone with me, remember to be kind to people!

  Movers were great, but Gino the operations manager was extremely rude to my wife and even raised his voice at her while gaslighting her. They left us stranded with our upright piano that we had disclosed and let them know about we first got the quote. Provided us with no option, no apology, just attitude. We will never hire Two Men and Truck again. It’s how you say things to people, and kindness goes a long way, and unfortunately Gino has fully ruined our experience with this company.
