Where do I begin? Two Men and a Truck (or in our case Three Men and Two Trucks) were a life saver. Vyshonne, Chris, and Nathan were at our house early, and got right to it. Having recently purchased the house, we had numerous workers doing things before our move in, and some of the work ran much longer than anticipated which snowballed into other delays, preventing us from doing some previously planned moving of boxes to the new house and creating much more work for the guys from Two Men and a Truck. They worked tirelessly, and relentlessly until everything was done. They padded and wrapped all furniture carefully, and hustled from the first box on the truck to the last box off the truck. We cannot express how happy we are with these guys and the work they did making this move happen. Thanks again! You guys rock!
Response from the owner
Ryan, thank you for your 5-star rating, your kind comments and that we exceeded your expectations. We'll be sure to pass your feedback onto Vyshonne, Chris, Nathan and their managers. It would also be appreciated if you would pass the word onto friends and family. Once again, thank you for choosing TWO MEN AND A TRUCK®, your movers who care!

Terrible job and terrible customer service, most of our stuff was damaged and we were charged triple what we were quoted. They charge $1,636.45 to move a 10’ X 10’ storage unit Charged 3 hour travel from seven springs to golden acres (a 40 minute drive round trip). Bull $h!t!!! They promised a refund of $414.00 and the reneged (email attached) Ryan Knowles must be a lier because we never received the $414.00 he promised. Bill us for 66 boxes but we only have less than 20 and some of those were ours. True scum bags. They moved 80% of our house for someone else and did it in less than 6 hours, but they drop the ball (and a lot of our stuff too) on this one.
Response from the owner
Mr. Balogh, we are truly sorry for your negative experience with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK. As you know we have exchanged several phone calls and emails over the past several months and I am once again sorry that we were not able to come up with a resolution that you are satisfied with. As you know, our movers took several detailed photos of your storage after the unit was loaded. Based on the photos that our movers took and the photos that you took it is very evident that the damages that you are claiming occurred outside of our care, custody, and control. When the move was completed you all signed our release stating that you were satisfied with the way that the unit was loaded. As far as the billing goes, our complete fleet is fully equipped with GPS tracking. As discussed in our previous correspondences, I can provide you with a detailed, legal report stating what time our trucks left the office that day all the way to when that truck arrived back to our office. Based on the very aggressive emails and phone calls that I have personally had with you it is going to be difficult to come up with any type of resolution. Once again, we are very sorry for this.

I recently hired Two Men and aTruck to assist me with a small move. It was my first time using this moving company and I’m so happy I selected them. First, the office representative that provided my quote and made my reservation was pleasant, polite and patient. As was the representative who later called to verify my information and confirm my reservation. My initial impression of the office staff, along with a reasonable quote, gave me the confidence to try this company. But it was the movers themselves that convinced me that Two Men and a Truck will be my moving company anytime I need assistance moving in the future. Jon and Zack were so professional. They arrived on time, we’re very polite and pleasant. They went over the paperwork and procedure, and then went right to work moving my items. I was really impressed with the skills and maneuvers they used to lift and load rather heavy items, and how they took great care with each one. I will request them for future moves and I would definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to anyone.
