The only reason I called was bcz of the man in HEB @ the 281 - Jesse, who was wearing 2men&Truck work shirt. I stopped to ask him some questions to which I thought I already knew the answers. I was pleasantly surprised that I stopped him and asked if the moving co. he works for would just help to load a moving truck. I thought that they were only a local moving company. I found that YES, they do move out of state, and they can be hired specifically to load / unload trucks. Meaning that if you have your own truck that you are preparing to drive, they will provide service to load your moving vehicle. He also stated that I should call the office (which was located there at that HEB) and verify my questions and to schedule 2men and a truck through the office. **This is the only reason I ever called them.** I really thought they 1)only did local moves 2) didn't have a specific loading service. It happened that Jesse was apart of the 2-man crew sent to our home to do the loading. The 2 gentlemen were fast and professional and VERY efficient. I honestly believe they deserve a $Raise or a Trophy for the genius loading of that truck. We had a 26 foot U haul. I don't believe anyone could have done it better!!! My husband was so impressed with their very hard and skilled work that he gave them both a tip// Likewise goes to the incredibly fast and professional and extremely thoughtful team and office staff in the new state where we had moved to approx 1 + 1/2 months ago. Two Men and a Truck is well worth the $price and a valuable company to any community. PEACE

Mark and Philip were so helpful. I was facing an unexpected move and they made the transition for my family that much easier. They were very kind and professional. They handled my belongings with great care. They even hooked up my washer and dryer for me! I would definitely recommend and if needed use them again.

I'm too disappointed for words. But here's 100+ words to help. We used them to move our apartment into a U-Haul. The office staff was good but the movers were just terrible. We hired them to pack our stuff well since we had a long move ahead. Look at the pictures and you tell me it it looks professional. To me it looks like they don't believe in gravity. Note: all pictures taken before the move as they were loading the truck. Lack of protection: We special ordered some move sheets you know, to keep our furniture from making direct contact with our other furniture. Did they use move sheets effectively? No, they just let our furniture go to town on each other. The worst part was they had the move sheets but used them as a $70 spacer for some reason (see picture). Sofas: They originally told us we wouldn't be able to take both sofas until we suggested stacking them... like movers should do. They stacked them but in the way where they're both facing the wall with the top one's backrest resting on the bottom one's back rest. These guys were clearly terrible at Tetris. There was nothing holding them up so we asked them to rest the top one on the bottom one's cushions... once again, like movers should do. Table: They used our small dining table as a way to keep other furniture propped up by putting a single strap around the base of it... one again, no protection. Paying: They tried charging us for an extra hour until I had them count the time on their fingers themselves. Conversation with office staff after move: What did they tell me after I called them to tell them about the bad job? They said they can't be responsible for damage that happens if it's in a 3rd party truck. It makes sense but if their movers set it up for failure, they should be held responsible.

    Response from the owner

Alex, you are very correct. This is disappointing to say the least. Proper protection for the furniture is very important on these moves and we obviously fell short. Thank you for sharing the photos. We have spoken with the team that completed you move and taken the proper actions to ensure unsatisfactory experiences such as your do not continue. We will also be sure to speak with the rest of our team, incorporate extra training, and reinforce our 5-star expectations. We sincerely apologize for your move. Thank you for the honest feedback and we hope you will give us another chance to show you why we are San Antonio's #1 moving company. Have a great day Alex!
