Where to begin? They didn't finish moving our stuff, things are damaged and dirty. Our house is filthy and one of the movers was high. This was an awful experience and my move isn't even finished, now I have to clean my old house because nobody took off their shoes or put down plastic, even on carpet. Not to mention they charged me for 75 boxes and used at best 20, I had to run to home Depot twice to buy more while they were here, even when all 4 movers were just standing around doing nothing. Hire somebody else.

I know you have been talking with Sam, one of our managers, and he is working with you to correct the situation. I do want to take this time to let you know that we are a drug-free work place and all of our employees are regularly drug tested. We have also communicated with the team about using runners and floor protection, so this does not happen in the future. Again, we are very sorry. Can’t say enough about how fantastic they were. Came in well under our budget and the two men did an amazing job. They work incredibly quickly and are super nice. Would definitely recommend and definitely plan to use them again in the future.

Good communication and delivery of moving supplies up to the move day. Two movers were awesome and completed work within the timeline we laid out and came in just under budget! Very professional and efficient.
