  Travis was hired by a third party to move a gun safe. While they were removing the gun safe they caused damage to the door which is fire rated. He initially told me he would fix the damage but then totally refused to fix the damage. I wouldn't have them move my dog house! He hires day labor which has absolutely no moving experience which contributed to the damage being done!

  Scheduled about 10 days out from the move date for this company to move me and my family. Paid the deposit for two days of moving. The day they were scheduled to come to the house, Travis texted and said he had an emergency and could not make it that day, but assured me he would be there the following day with additional trucks and help to make sure the work could be completed in one day. The next day he texted again and said he they would not be able to make it out, he was very sorry. That was it, not let me see who I can find to do this work for you. Nothing.. we were scheduled to close on the house and had to have the contents out. We had to scramble and find a mover last minute, which we did, however we had to pay a premium for their services. I understand emergencies occur however as a business owner Travis should of found another company to move us and paid for the services minus what he had planned to charge us. I would not use this company, very unprofessional, very unprofessional! Do not make plans based on paying a deposit, it means nothing. Very frustrating!!

  No show. No call. Tried to call and text to figure out what was going on. Still no response. Thanks for nothing!!!
