They have lots of inventory and the guys are really nice but the business is fairly disorganized and many times you have to wait a long time to see someone, even if you are the only one in the store.

This u-haul service on Sam Houston drive has excellent customer service.After driving all around town looking for this certain size box that I couldn't find no where! I called here in went in an employee Larry Mendoza went out of his way to help me find the box in helped me wrap it up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ALSO A SHOUT OUT TO ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT WAS THERE NAME PEDRO HE WAS FUNNY IN HAD GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AS WELL
