Horrible service. Stay far, far away from this place. Go to Penske or Ryder!! This particular location on Main St has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They literally don't care. Went in 3 different times in a week due to them settling appointments to install a simple hitch, and when I show up - they're dazed & clueless - are you serious? Dude this morning wouldn't even look up at me when I walked up to the counter - buddy kept eating watery grits off a paper plate & staring at his cell phone. They weren't even mean - they seem shell shocked from getting cussed out too much recently, lol..like their confidence was stolen, lol. I've worked on their side of the counter in customer service before, so I spared them from getting cussed out this morning, even though they really EARNED it. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN before someone gets injured by these dudes' ignorance - your employees are straight up MISERABLE at the N Main Street location in Gainesville. Hopefully this review saves someone.

Under staffed. No sense of urgency. Lobby backed up with people. Customers have to park somewhere else and walk in because they have their entrance blocked. Good luck.

I had an appointment scheduled. When I arrived at the appropriate time the person working said they had two walk-ins that day for hitches, and that they could not do mine for another 8 days. I asked why they didn't call me to reschedule, and the response was "we were busy".
