Reserved a 15' truck weeks in advance with confirmation, I showed up and all they had for me was a 20'. Spent 2 hours on the phone (being transferred between regions- nobody has any idea what they're doing and I was looped back to the same person twice) with Uhaul trying to source a smaller truck, but they didn't have anything in the entire Pittsburgh region. Forced to drive a truck double the size I needed across the country. Wonder how much money I lost on the gas alone. If you buy any extra stuff (furniture sheets, whatever), make sure to check they're actually in the truck, they forgot to put it in mine. Will never use U-Haul again.

Great U-Haul to do business with. The owner was patient and helped us get all the parts we needed even though we came last minute and unprepared. I would recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a U-Haul

I ordered a hitch and ordered a bike rack from their sales floor to all be installed there. The customer service was awesome. Their knowledge of the products was awesome. And the experience they have installing everything was great. They blew me away at how fast they were with the installations and everything is solid. Very happy!
