  I originally tried to rent just a tow dolly but was told that my truck would not tow it. so I had no other option but to rent a truck from Uhaul. When I was researching prices it said on the U haul website that the price would be $85.00 but when I got to the rental store it went from $85 to $165.00 which I paid. I was told That I had to have the truckback by 11:30 I had the truck back at 10 they said it had to have the same amount if gas as it did when I rented it and it had more than when I picked it up.I had this truck for about 3 hours told the lady who rented it to me that I had to go to Thomasville and was told that is was 30.6 miles and the following day checked the bank account and saw a charge for $78.00 from uhaul. so for 3 hours of use if this truck it cost me $244.00. I called uhaul and was told I would be contacted and still 3 days later have not received a call back. I will Never rent anything from Uhaul again

  The sole employee was outstanding at dealing with several of us at once...she was cleaning vehicles, processing returns, selling supplies and dispatching reserved vehicles. Kristaisha Pittman was awesome on 9 April at 0900 dealing with everyone and everything. She needs a raise, an award and a promotion. As a business owner I would hire her for any position possible at my company. Too bad I don't live in Tally!

  Upon renting the trailer it was noticed that the harness to connect it to the vehicle was cut so the lady replaced it with another harness and and then then did a brake light and turn signal check, however what I did not know at that time was that the the running lights do not operate and as a result I had to follow the vehicle that evening after dark to ensure our safety and it cost me more gas than the rental, to top that off the next morning I turned the vehicle in At 7:30 approximately in the morning, went inside to notify the people that it was where it supposed to be and that there is an issue with the running lights and it cost me more gas than the rental, and I would like someone to talk to me in regards to this matter no one contacted me, However 77 hours later I get a call from u-haul in Jacksonville asking when I will return the trailer that I returned 3 days before! I told her where it was and everything that had happened and that I wanted to speak with someone in regards to the issue the issue as I feel I should be discounted she said someone would contact me and this has never happened then 9 days later my my bank is billed for this transaction, this is very poor and I am very displeased.
