This company is LITERALLY "trash". They keep sending spam to my house for someone named Sharon Waters who hasn't been here in 8 years and I tried to call them to tell them to STOP SPAMMING MY MAILBOX and contributing to climate change, but they wanted to put me on hold for 15 min... FOR THEIR OWN INCOMPETENCE! Screw that, I'm not waiting 30 seconds. I'm a lawyer and I charge $275/hr. You better get an agent on the line when I call or THIS is going to happen.

If I can give zero stars I would!!! First I pre-booked months in advance got there everything was ok until I got in the truck and the truck was on E so had to spend a extra 131.00 to fill it up for the trip, then midway through the road the side mirror on the passenger side is loose! So 4 hours in I am writing this review from the truck in the middle of nowhere broke down cause the whole battery went out. Called and couldn’t reach anyone but they text and said the road side assistant was coming in a hour….. that was a lie! So we are sitting here on side the road with my kids and all of my furniture at 1am!!!! This is unprofessional these trucks should be checked routinely before and after it’s rented out! If they would have Atleast put gas in it they might would have caught these issues before hand!

For a one-day easy rental of small cargo van to move a few boxes, I experienced 30 minute hold time on phone to make reservation, website issues, 3 rude employees at location (including manager), equipment problems (2 vehicles - one with engine issues & one with tire issues), & incorrect charge on my credit card ! BEWARE !
