Charged a $20 after hours fee to drop off a trailer. The man who rented it to me at the store never said anything about a fee to drop it off after hours. I returned it 20 hours early and even put it back in the parking spot I took it from like the man asked. The next day 3 hours after the 24 hours is up they called and said I'm late to drop off the trailer, I told her it's been sitting in their lot since 830 the night before. So what I take from all of this is that U-Haul has a problem communicating their secret fees and doesn't do daily inventory of their trailers and trucks so if anyone is shady and wants a trailer check out U haul after hours. They like stealing $20 from customers who are responsible and bring items back early so maybe someone will steal one of their trailers.

I called ahead to see if they had a motorcycle trailer of which they said they had 4. Walked in with no reservation and was out within 10 minutes after buying a hitch for myself. They were nice and had no issues with them

I'd give them a 0 if I could. Their 2.8 average shows Absolutely unprofessional people. Do yourself a favor and support local moving businesses. Keep your money in the community.
