  Great customer service! They went above and beyond helping me navigate the hurdles of my move. They didnt need to, but they did anyway. Friendly personable service. Shout out to the employee that helped me out! I wish I would have got his name but I forgot to get it when I left. I really owe him one. He helped me avoid a 100 dollar fee, which I am truly grateful for.

  I scheduled an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed for 12pm on a Saturday. I received a voicemail at 11:26am to “schedule” an appointment to have this service the following Tuesday. When my displeasure was expressed after having driven from 90 minutes away I was told by Mickey that I “Shouldn’t have come in, I called you this morning”. Which was a blatant lie to my face that I didn’t appreciate.. he called exactly 34 minutes before my appointment.. the time stamp on his voicemail proves this.. on top of it- the call back number wasn’t even to his office but the national call back line. I did try to call back to get the scoop before I arrived, however, there of course was a wait time when you call a national number like Uhaul.. I didn’t appreciates Mickey’s dishonesty and I also didn’t appreciate scheduling a service at noon and getting a call back 34 minutes before my appointment to say it wouldn’t be happening.. with no apology. We settled on me buying the hitch and installing it myself.. no refunds for my time or any extras.

  Great place! Sam really looked out for us when we needed to upgrade truck. Don't remember who checked my truck in but he was very professional. Will def use again!
