For whatever this is worth- The people who work here provided the most RUDE customer service I have experienced in a very long time. I left another location (where the reservation was made) and had a pleasant conversation there. Came to pick up my truck and left without it. I would rather carry stuff on my back than deal with these people. This is the first review I’ve ever left anywhere but I wanted anyone dealing with finding a truck to be aware and give them the warning to keep looking.

I was so impressed with Uhaul in Plum that I had to do a review! Great company! Totally focused on helping the client! Squeezed me in and looked for the best way to help me on a short time schedule! Everytime I go to them I'm impressed! Does a great job and very freindly!!!

Dave Macieski has been nothing short of incredible. He truly went out of his way to help me whenever and with whatever I needed after losing my father and inheriting my parents furniture. I would recommend this Uhaul location to anyone that wants to experience TOP NOTCH service!
