Went in to get a storage unit and was quoted, told it was available so stepped out to let my wife know and not even 2 minutes after I returned to pay…different desk person rudely said unit wasn’t available any longer. Let me add the counter person I first dealt with was courteous and obviously knew what customer service is…the other rude counter person didn’t even acknowledge me as I stood in front of the counter making me get her attention as she wouldn’t even look in my direction. Maybe a bad day? Possibly but if this is the culture at this place I sure don’t want to entrust my belongings to people like this…stay away or good luck!

Best experience at UHaul!!! After having a horrible start at another UHaul, I was sent to this UHaul to pick up some oversized tire wraps. Iris was so AMAZING! She was ready to help. Another of her coworkers helped as well. Sadly, I didn’t get his name.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would but I can’t. The WORST experience in my life, my u-pack storage was destroyed and now I’m getting the run around about getting my money back for the u-haul truck they said would be free of charge to move my own things.
