I wish I could give no stars. The truck we had was so gross we could barely ride in it. The iverelmong smell of smoke and cigarette burns on the seats had nothing on the gross sticky substance all over the truck. The radio, windows, back up camera, and blinkers didn’t even work. I would never recommend uhaul.

Just gave a top review. My friend left his wallet in the truck..He realized it called after hrs.next morning uhaul called said they had his wallet. We went right after work. NEXT morning he started getting alerts from his bank for charges he didn't make. He had to stop his card $600 plus in fact charges. Odd since some needed his social security number.which was only in his wallet. He never uses his bank card online. Very odd the timing..Just saying will Never use this store again will tell all to steer clear.

Don't know what to really say about this, I was going to do a rental truck and it costed $300 more than using a U-Haul in another town I ended up using the U-Haul in Pekin Illinois the town to which we moved instead of using the U-Haul in Bloomington Illinois and saved almost $300 and got a bigger truck not sure what the scam is with this place I definitely will not be using this U-Haul location
