Customer service is horrible. They are extremely under staffed with only one person working reservations and the phone. God forbid you call them. They will have you on hold for over an hour and I still never spoke to anyone. After getting to the store I witnessed one person answering the phone, telling them to hold while they served everyone else at the store. Needless to say the employee never got back to anyone on hold. This location SUCKS out load!!

Wish I could give 0 stars. I rented a truck and a tow dolly for my car and I made the reservation in advance and they charged me for it. When I arrived I was given the truck but told there was no tow dolly. The staff was unwilling to help me find one in the area and when I called uhaul they even hung up. I had to move multiple states away so this was extremely stressful. I now have no other option but to sell my car as I am in the military and have to report sooner than I will be able to get a means to transfer my car

This place was always been awful to deal with. They always put you on hold, then when you come in person they take so long to serve you and they ALWAYS rent out everything before you get a chance to ask. Even if it's 8am sharp they have nothing except expensive box trucks. They gave me a vehicle with a half tank to start and I had to figure out how to get it back to half instead of filling it up.. what a joke.
