Was sent here from their other location off of Jefferson. However, Ms. Lauren was able to assist me with no issues. She has a wide range of knowledge of the U-Haul business and is a great asset to the franchise. Ms. Lauren is amazing at what she does, actually cares about the customer, and ensures customer needs are met. Promote to Assistant Manager!!

Just got a email saying they are charging me because my storage wasn't secure and they were charging me for a new lock I always check my lock a few times when I go into it because I have had my storage broken into before

I have never rented anything from this location but I knew someone who used the storage. They have a very friendly staff from what I saw. As a matter of fact, I will be coming in today ( if they are open) to rent a truck to move into my beautiful home.
