  Received best customer service from Anthony. Very friendly and helped us get best rate for renting a cargo van for 3 days In and out of city and patiently took time to explain us all the process and the fee structure. Also answered all our questions promptly. Would 100% recommend this place and Anthony is probably one of the best staff here.

  Pay the $50 guarantee price when you switch locations without telling customers you did. I was switched from a location 4 minutes away to this one 15 minutes away and not told. Then manager/owner calls and threatens to cancel reservations if you complain about it. Then lies and said they called....heard of phone logs dude? Not my fault you overbooked, not my fault uhaul has $50 promise, not my fault your supposed to notify customer BUT your fault you broke it. This was the OWNER who needs a customer service refresher class. Try not to be so rude to a long time customer. You do have competition. Don't make guarantees that you have no intention to keep.

  Great service. My name is Russell and picked up a 6x12 on 10/12/21. Mike I believe was the one who helped and I had a great experience. Also we found a turn signal didn’t work on the trailer but it was because a blown fuse on my truck. I can’t remember the mechanics name but he was also helpful in finding the fuse. Thank you for the great service.
