Terry has installed on my vehicle two times now. Once the hitch and the second today, the wiring kit. He took the time to explain to me exactly what I needed in order for me to tow my Vespa the first time and today for my #GypsyBug, MyTeardrop Camper. Highly recommend Terry for any install that you need for a hitch and wiring kit. Entire staff was friendly and helpful at all times. Highly recommend!

The worst custom service is in this uhaul location. The guy works there is extremely rude and lazy. So disappointed! I'm almost canceling my reservations to move. Today Saturday Jan 15th, 2022 at 2:40pm.

I showed up an hour before close to look at the uhauls to make sure I had gotten the right size. When I tried to confirm my booking I realized I had selected the wrong date. The cashier, I think his name was David, was amazing going above and beyond to help me to find exactly what I needed on very short notice. When there was a little mixup at the place where the trailer was located I called him and got the problem straightened out right away. I would also like to commend his attitude, as a person who has worked customer service for many years I know how easy it is to be annoyed with the customer who comes in right before close. but I think his name was David was energetic, positive, and proactive. 5 stars would rent here again.
