So every experience I have had with U-Haul nationwide has been terrible. I have gone out of my way to avoid the company. I needed to get a van to move something quickly and this U-Haul location was my best option. I finally experienced my first GREAT U-Haul experience. The man who helped me was calm, polite, and very helpful (that alone is a unique experience for me). The van was clean and everything worked out just as expected. The only thing that was challenging was the parking lot. It was hard to figure out where to park your own car when arriving and when returning after hours I had to do some mental gymnastics to figure out where to park the van again. I would rent there again!

This U-Haul location (2020 state st.) was excellent and very clean! I would highly recommend renting from them out of anywhere else we tried to rent from in Milwaukee. Our CSR was Mrs. Lynette and she was very professional and met all of our needs. She was nice and welcoming. Thanks for such a great experience!!!!
