Failed to deliver my Ubox on time, and charged me for an additional month due to THEIR screw up. I plan to dispute the charge. Buyer beware when dealing with these people. UPDATE: Now they're telling lies to their contractors about me, and their contractors are calling me with an attitude. Unbelievable.

Drove all the way to this uhaul because it said they had vehicle in stock. Made a reservation with the TRUCK. Showed up they have no trucks. There were three other uhauls closer to my house I could have drove to but of course they can’t UPDATE THERE INFO ONLINE TO MAKE IT CONVENIENT

I reserved a Uhaul and a storage unit for move day. I got there to pick up my truck at the time confirmed in my confirmation email from Uhaul (9:30am) and was told that my reservation was for 11:30am. I showed them the email confirmation that I received for 9:30, but they didn't have a 26' truck on site, so I was unable to pick it up. I have labor arriving at my house to help load it at 10am, but now I had no truck to load my furniture in. To make matters worse, I had also reserved a 10' x 15' storage unit to put my furniture in while I am waiting for my next home, but even though I had a confirmed reservation for it, they gave it to someone else, and had not other storage units available that were large enough for my things. So, here I am on moving day with no truck and no storage for my things. I had to go home, locate another storage unit, and was able to round up a couple of trailers from friends to get my furniture moved. Instead of one trip with a Uhaul, it took 2 days and 4 trips with trailers to get my things into storage. I am so unhappy with Uhaul, I will never use them again. The point of a reservation is so that you have everything lined up, but apparently reservations do not mean anything to them. This has been the worst moving experience of my life.
