The staff was very nice and accommodating. Highly recommended! Best U-Haul location I've ever experienced. The staff was helpful and was out to visit me right after I pulled in. This is twice I've been here in the last few weeks. I would think twice about renting from anyone else while in Columbia MO, simply because the staff is so professional - they take care of business!

What a joke. I cannot recommend this facility at all. If there was a zero stars option that's how I would rate this place. My reservation was made several weeks in advance for a 15' truck, 3 dozen moving pads, an appliance dolly and a furniture dolly. When I arrived to pick up my equipment they had no moving pads and they had no appliance dolly. I ended up buying a 2 wheel dolly for $54. The cab of the truck was clean. The inside of the windshield was filthy dirty to the point where you could barely see out. Also, before I could begin loading my belongings I spent 20 minutes cleaning the inside of the van because a previous user apparently spilled a fountain drink inside. (See photos) What a major disappointment. I would never use this place again.

My neighbor rented 26ft truck and went through uhaul to get movers to load n unload her truck. She was specific in what she wanted up front ..furniture wrapped, mirrors, she was upfront with everything she wanted loaded, they quoted her $500. They wrapped nothing, nothing was put together, boxes were thrown in garage upside down and almost toppled onto the car parked in there. Most of her furniture was ripped, scratched or damaged in some way, then had the nerve to ask for $200 more dollars. If you want your stuff destroyed then use the uhaul movers.
