This u haul place just need better people there to work. They portray nice but will over charge the hell out your credit or debit card just because they can. Please don't go to this location. Yolanda Im going to forgive you. It look like you and your staff needed that petty cash.

Do not recommend this location. Location failed to check in same day returned trailer. Wasted hours on the phone with corporate who assured me that the $ holds for a week rental that were incorrect would come off and I would not be charged. That did not happen just more charges. The time I have wasted would have been better used if I had walked the table & chairs I moved from one location to the other!! Now I get to waste more time with bank charges, disputes, etc. Do not recommend. Still waiting on a call from the General Manager.

Pretty incredible how unhelpful the staff in here were for my visit. It gave them joy to see my reservation cancelled and to get to tell me I had no vehicle. Please save yourself from the experience of booking here.
