They claim to do propane refills, but two days in a row, nobody there is certified to do so. 1 star, cause it wouldn't let me do 1/2 star. Dont waste your time.

Horrible service. We had a 9am rental, arrived at 8:58, no workers came out for 30 minutes. My friend and I were waiting in the store and calling, no one came out. When they came out and finally did decide to do their job the two employees were extremely rude and argumentative. Will never rent from this location again, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Ohio street location has been all around one of the worst and most difficult experiences we have had for both trucks and unit reservations. They have consistently not had the reservations we make, cancel them last minute, and are inconsistent with their policies and information they tell us. They keep taking away our free month of rent for their mistakes. They really need to get it together because I would not recommend this place to anyone. All around horrible.
