The guy charged my card multiple times assuring me they hadn’t gone thru and it would only be $60 well it was $600. Hire people that know what their doing now I have to wait a week to be refunded and that’s not acceptable. You make a mistake or have an accident uhual is going to come for your pockets anyway they can do why is it ok for them to screw up and not have any liability.

Definitely has time when what type of truck you want may NOT be available anywhere close to your location. I ended up renting a larger truck but at the same price due to limited availability on the type I needed. I really have to say U Haul goes beyond what you may think. Thank you for the provided services.
