  Horrible customer service!! Went to get propane tanks refilled and was asked to come back because the guy wasn't certified. So I came back at the time when someone who was supposedly certified was there but was told he was too busy to help me!! And then the guy that was not certified he said he gusses he will come out and fill them even tho he's not suppose to. But when I walked in the store he was just hanging out joking with his buddies.

  Truck rental $19.95 plus mileage. I drove about 20. Bill should have been about $40. They charged me $91 on my final bill. Make sure you watch your final charges on your card to make sure they gave you the best price. To start, my truck wasn't ready for me when I picked it up. When they rang me up the price was much higher than quoted online but they said it's part of the best rate guarantee and when I brought it back it would be adjusted based on the best price. The final charge on my card was double what it should have been. The truck was 19.95 plus about 20 miles. That's about $40 not the $91 I was charged. When you call them you get the reservation line. The lady said it looked like they never corrected price. It feels intentional like they did that and hoped I wouldn't notice. She said the store will call me back shortly. I'm still waiting for that call. I'll be stopping in there later today if I don't hear from them.
