These guys were SOOOOOOOO helpful!!!! They let us trade an enclosed trailer for an actual truck once we figured out it wouldn’t work for us, so we went back to the store and they accommodated us in this crazy moving market! They let us keep the truck for longer when I realized I couldn’t drop it off at 9AM. The store manager is super friendly and very helpful. All of the staff is!! Great job and it’s not going unnoticed. Thank you!

So what could have been a disaster was turned around by an employee by the name of Cody. My wife and I show up to pick up the truck we had resevered and it just wasnt ready/done right by the last renter. So Cody offers to get us another truck with out making it our issue and takes ownership by saying specifically when we drop off the truck to ask for him so that he can continue to be there for the best service. So we do our move and drop off the truck and walking through the door Cody greets us and says I'll take care of you. Seriously any guy that is this levele headed and not making issues beyond our control something we have to solve, well to me that's just the best type of customer service

I originally gave this U-Haul store a low rating. Due to an error I was overcharged. I thought it was because I had returned the truck a few minutes late, however, much to my surprise I was contacted by Chris, who I am assuming is the manager, and he has taken care of the error and is refunding the overcharge on my card. Thank you Chris, you made my day!!! I will certainly recommend your store when I have friends moving. Again, thank you so much!
