I know my belongings are safe. Temp controlled, have to code in and out or swipe card and I got 24 access which is really helpful. Employees have been friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Wonderful first experience. Honestly, was a little scared. But Jay, helped me tremendously. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. Eager to help. Definitely need more people like him in customer service.

Have had my units for almost 7 years, I have 24 hour access, temperature is controlled. I'm very happy with it except when people hog the elevator by holding it open on one of the floors. But that's not U-Haul 's fault, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
