Location is good. The vehicles are good. But while you are picking up after hours then you should grab the vehicle key from compartments and the locks used for that compartments are very old and full of rust.

Customer service skills were very poor; Representative Daniel from the call center out of CT, pretended not to hear me because he couldn't find my reservation, kept telling me I had no reservation and refused to give me his name and ID NUMBER.
