I was able to reserve the vehicle easily over the phone. They had all types of vehicles readily available. Walking in I was greeted by Janiece who was very nice and helpful, she explained how the return process is done on your phone and very easy. This is my go to place in killeen I will be coming back

Id rather drag my furniture or trailer on my back than rent form this store. I owed them supposedly less than $50 from over 8 years ago, (long story) it was supposed to be handled. I called support they started trying to "lets make a deal" on what I owed them.. I will never rent from them again unless desperate.
