I rent from U-Haul fairly often, mostly trailers. I had a really good experience on this particular visit. Darrion was very attentive to my needs and also seems to be a very good-natured person... he was friendly and light-hearted well he was getting my paperwork together and hooking up my trailer.. A trailer is a trailer, people are your asset!

Get your propane refills here! Very professional, loaded my 100 lb tank on and off truck for me, and were polite. Thank you U-Haul!

After reading all the bad reviews I was very afraid. What i found was far from the reviews. All the employees were courteous and helpful on the phone and in store. I picked up my rental from them but called ahead to confirm they had a mattress bag. When I got there they also helped save me some money by moving my return to a different location. Great experience for a not so fun event of moving my mom's estate.
