Relatively new location. Very easy to reserve truck online. No one in line when I showed up to pick up the truck. Quick checkout. Truck was old and drove rough, but I usually expect that with UHaul. Drop off was also easy, just pulled up into the drop off love and someone came out to check the truck, I didn't even need to go into the store. Traffic was backed up on the road leading into the location, but that is normal for that area

Entire process is renting a moving truck and returning the truck was simple and painless. Parking lot is huge and well marked. Staff (Meridith and Aligee) were friendly and efficient. Would use this location in the future if I am in bed of a moving truck or a self storage unit.

They deserve 10 stars! This new facility is clean and cool with no humidity, perfect for sofas, mattresses, electronics and anything needing protection from mold. Too many places say they are climate-controlled but are really only temperature-controlled. This U-haul facility is truly climate-controlled (temperature and humidity). You can drive your car or van inside the loading area, shut the garage door and unload in air conditioning. They provide wheeled carts so you can easily move several boxes at a time from van to locker. They also had carts for moving wall-sized or large framed art or pictures. They have great automated security, too. Trucks can back up to the doors, but won't fit to go inside. I was the type of customer who had no idea what I needed, but staff were friendly and helpful throughout. I rented a cargo van three times in a week and had to get a second, smaller storage unit. Akram was as patient as a saint, knowledgeable, and just a downright nice person. People like Akram make the stress of moving a whole lot easier. They were all so helpful and I know my entire household of goods are safe there until I choose a new home.
