  "I arrived at the Stickney Avenue U-Haul location for a scheduled appointment to have a hitch and wiring assembly installed on my 2021 RAV4. I met with the store General Manager "Jazmin Martel" who I found to be very friendly, polite, and professional as she answered questions I had regarding my online order, billing and appointment, then promptly made any necessary adjustments. I next spoke with service technician and installer "Jason" who I also found to be very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the installation to my satisfaction. I was told the install would take about 1.5 hours to complete, so I left to do some errands and a short time later received a call that the install was finished. I could tell it was a professional job, and again Jazmin was there to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend U-Haul of Concord, NH if you want a good job at a fair and competitive price!"
