      At first everything was all good. I even gave them an excellent review. Until the next morning when I saw that they had charged me way to much for rental. I had only driven 224 miles and they charged me for over 900 miles. I was expecting a receipt the same night I turned in the rental but to this day still haven't received anything. I called Uhaul to inform them of this mistake and the first thing asked of me was to show proof. Thankfully I had taken pictures. I even went into the building to talk to the manager. He said that he sees the error and that he had up until 48 hrs to have it corrected. That was Dec 31st, 2021. He said that he would call me to let me know that he had taken care of it. What I don't like or understand is how can people or businesses be so nonchalant when they make mistakes. I showed proof of my mileage and still nothing. Meanwhile, I have to move money from other accounts because the account I used to pay for the u-haul has automatic drafts set up to pay my regular bills. If I hadn't of checked my account I would be in the negative paying those bills. If the shoe was on the other foot, they would want this error corrected immediately for them. I'm giving them 1 star because of the way the are handling my situation. I'm trying to be nice and patient but if nothing happens by tomorrow I will call the news troubleshooter and expose then to the world. Make sure you have your ducks in a row when you turn in your rental. That's all I'm saying. I'm sick of people trying to take advantage of nice people. And by the way, it's been over 48 hrs now.🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ I want my money back now. It didn't take you 48 hrs to charge my card.

      Taheem took great care of me. From the time I walked in till I left he treated me like an old friend he hasn't seen in a while. They installed a trailer hitch on my SUV and the service and price was excellent. He was able to work me in the next day since it was late when I went there. I left it with them and picked it up the next day. I recommend them to my family and friend's.

      This place is the best around the Manager ( Chris) I think made sure every Customer was Taken care of. They do everything! Open early stay late . I will never go any where else. It's great how they block the corner so that drivers can't cut threw...
