  I wish I could give zero stars. Michelle is about as helpful as the door frame you jam your toe on in the dark. Reserved a truck two weeks ahead. First, she tells us that they don’t have the dolly I reserved, so I have to get the more expensive one (probably just another shady business tactic). She takes our money and gives us a key for the truck we reserved. Did not even walk outside to the truck with us. There was a cardboard sign in the dash still that I had to walk in to her. The truck was disgusting. A two year old could clean better. No effort was made. The check engine light was on and when we told her she let us know that it “should’ve” been checked, but obviously wasn’t. Tells us they have no other trucks for us in that size. She then calls the owner to ask and then tells us that we could just drive with the check engine light on. Also the gas was lower than marked on our contract and the truck was disgusting, but we were told we had to return it clean or be fined. Very shady business. Pure laziness at this location. Called Penske and picked up a clean, working truck under thirty minutes later for the same price because apparently this is common that would be Corpus Christi Uhaul customers have to do business with Penske instead AND Penske actually gave us an extra military discount since my husband is a disabled vet. Penske has great customer service and they are not lazy. Clean truck and the employee walked out to the truck with us and inspected it with us. Go to Penske. Michelle is a lazy, incompetent bump on a log and that’s being nice about it.

  I needed to have a 7 way to 4 way pin installed, and I purchased from another dealer the same day and was sold the wrong part. When I went to this location I was helped by Joseph. He was very professional and helpful. He went out of his way to make it right and when he didn't have a specific tool for the job (and I did) he was determined to help. This guy has a fantastic personality and he should be in a Management Position. If he was my employee he would be the leader of my organization. Kudos!

  Best Uhaul location in Corpus Christi! They explain every detail of the rental process to you and answer any questions you may have. They offer online reservation, online pick up & drop off service so you can be in and out of the store in no time even after hours! Most of the bad reviews seem like ppl just don't take the time to ask questions or take advantage of the services offered by this location. A++
