I gave this location only three stars. And it is with the regret that I only did three stars. The customer service was great the people that were on the inside were very friendly. However it is very difficult to return equipment after hours. There is some type of understanding that should be made more clear to the customer either in writing or by the customer service Representatives. It was very confusing and I feel that is another way that the consumers are tricked into paying more money for a service that they guarantee would only cost a certain amount. But when you're not able to return the equipment properly. You lose more money.

I arrived, and had no issues picking up equipment. The check-in process was short and sweet as I had previously checked in on-line. I asked to exchange the utility dolly for a furniture dolly; and I was able to do so. I was assured that it would be an even exchange, and I would not be charged for more than one dolly. I returned the equipment, and noticed charges for more than one dolly on my final emailed bill. I brought it to the attention of the person who completed my check-in process, without resolution. I brought it to the attention of another person, again without resolution. Instead of resolving the issue by issuing a refund of the overcharge; I was given a copy of my estimate, and falsely told it was my final bill. I called customer service support and requested reimbursement for the error. The process was seamless and supportive. If only I could say the same concerning my onsite service.

First time using the phone app to rent a vehicle. I found it very helpful with their suggestions as you navigate through it. For someone who has not moved before might not think of the things that they're suggesting on the app. Very thorough.
