  I picked up the truck at 6:19 PM on Friday and had it back by 9:41 AM on Saturday and was charged two days rental. I really only had it for 4 of their business hours and was charged for two full days. Don't rent from these people.... after placing this review i got a call from the company and they apologized for the over charge and refunded the 2nd day charge. I have update the stars to 3.

  Well after reserving a truck six weeks ago, and suppose to be picking it up FOUR days from today, I got the call today that the “equipment” wasn’t going to be available for my pickup date. But that I could drive to Idaho or Montana to pick one up! Easily a 5-8 hour drive! Everyone told me to rent from Penske and not uhaul due to their customer service but they were cheaper so I opted the cheaper route. Definite mistake. I called Penske right after I got off the phone with uhaul and he was able to get me into a truck! With FOUR days notice!! It was a little bit more money, but worth it in a heartbeat. I will never recommend Uhaul to anyone for this reason alone. I have heard that their roadside assistant sucks but obviously can’t say from experience. Long story short, definitely pay the extra and rent from Penske.

  I was passing through and this shop did a quick safety check on my ball hitch and receiver on the spot. I really appreciated the peace of mind on my equipment and they were very friendly. Great experience.
