Recently moved 12/2021 Staff: friendly, but get up out of your chair and help more. Acknowledge someone when they walk in the door. Make some eye contact. Store: clean. Inventory: fully stocked with everything I needed. Overall: My experience with this location has always been good. Not greeting customers seems to be rampant these days. Just imagine if you went out to eat and your server didn't greet you but was friendly, you'd leave. Keep up the good work.

I had a very positive experience with this location last week. My son drove off to his first military assignment last week and we wanted to have a hitch installed on his car before he left and we were up against a time crunch. No U-Haul dealer in Knoxville had the hitch in stock that we needed. Jason, the manager, ordered the hitch by expedited delivery and kept on top of the status of the hitch. It got delayed at the Fedex facility in Knoxville and Jason personally drove to the facility to pick up the hitch so it could be installed before my son had to leave. Ashley , the hitch pro, was extremely helpful as well at making sure the hitch got installed before he had to leave. This is the best customer service I have ever had from a U-Haul facility. It was obvious that they really cared about the situation and went "above and beyond" to help. Kudos to Jason and Ashley and this U-Haul facility for their outstanding customer service.
