Incompetent scheduling. They had 22 hours to tell me the person who picked up the phone had no idea what they were doing. Instead, they let me burn time and gas just to tell me to hang out for 9 hours. Added one point for the morning guy being polite.

The staff were kind and patient with us. The storage units and office ARE NOT open 24/7, you can only return a rental truck using the u-haul stores website link to return your rental at an official dealer 24/7. At this location they're open pretty late though, thank goodness we came a Friday.

The staff at this location is very nice and professional. They have always taken great care if all our needs in a timely and courteous manor. Augustine is more like a friend then a business associate to my husband when we come in. Susie & Corey B.
