  Great customer service..The first service representative really took intrest in helping me find the most budget friendly options for my upcoming move.. & wasn't pushy for a sale.. thank you..thank you..thank you..👏🏼👏🏼 Then when outside..loading my car..I was really struggling with the heaviness & bulk of the number of boxes I just bought Service Representatives Ronald and Titus saw me struggling...& immediately stepped in and offered to help Not surprisingly...they loaded my car... with my purchases within seconds.. I truly couldn't have done it without them🥳 Great Job & Teamwork Feasterville UHAUL You all deserve a shout-out..& recognition from your Upline & CEO..!! 🥳🥳🥳🥳 If/when need be...You've earned a repeat customer in the future here...😄🥳🚛📦👍

  Absolute worst customer service. Booked a 10’ truck and made arrangements for moving. While picking up was told that it was reserved by another customer earlier in the day. Told me to go and get it from another u-haul store 25m away. Refused to offer any discounts for my loss often and inconvenience. U-haul contract states that if reserved equipment is not available, they are able to replace the similar or bigger at that location. Manager had a poor attitude and inability to communicate or resolve problems. When asking for a discount, he said “it’s not his money to give away.” Refused to escalate, refused to solve problem in line with what’s stated in the contract. I don’t understand the point of a reservation system if nothing is reserved and nothing can be done to resolve the overbooking in a reasonable way. Will be seeking legal remedies through arbitration or the courts for breach of contract.

  They made us wait for 20 minutes and even though there were 3 salespeople they did not bother to say “May I help you” When i asked can you help us with a rental van myself, they said that we will not have anything available for the next 5 days Horrible service!!!!
