Terrible service. We had a vehicle break down on I-40. I usually use U-Haul trailers to tow vehicles since Tow companies are expensive and do not go onto the reservation since COVID. Since their computer estimates weights allowed, they refused to help us. They give a million excuses to not help me and even tried to validate their decisions. Not once do they bother to help you or refer you to a better company. Had I lied about everything, they confirmed they would have rented to me. Instead, I had to put a 16 year old with anxiety behind the wheel and tow them off the 40. Now which is more ethical? I would never recommend them. If you're desperate, LIE LIE LIE.

Great experience having a trailer hitch installed for a bike rack. Kathy (manager) was great! Very knowledgable & helpful. Marcus installed the hitch & clearly knows his stuff. He took the the time to answer all of my questions & was really nice about it. Savanah checked me out; was very friendly. The office area was clean & well organized; even the bathroom was clean & tidy. Extremely pleased with my experience! They all did a great job & were all very nice! Will happily go back there if I need to rent a uhaul 😃

We needed to rent a pickup for work this morning, a new U-haul associate provided misinformation to our employee yesterday. Today the manager could have assisted us but choose to be unreasonably cold. I would suggest renting from another location that provides better training and supervision of their new hires, and respect to their customers. When I informed the manager that I would reach out to corporate, I was informed that any complaints made to corporate would be sent to their location to address and review, completely ridiculous. This was an unnecessary and unfortunate encounter, that is interrupting our flow of business. Maybe if the public rents from another location the manager here will be retrained or replaced asap!
