Don’t waste your time. If I could leave a negative star I would. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. No communication, unfulfilled appointments set, unnecessary charges for their own mistake…the list goes on. We had u-boxes set to ship to our house on a certain Saturday. That Tues or Wed we get a call from them telling us the boxes are ready to be emptied at the facility. We called back and reminded them we were quoted for a home delivery and could not come to the facility, they had to reroute them for a few days and would delivery by Sat. Saturday comes and after us initiating communication several times for more information we are informed they will come Monday. We complied. Then comes Monday and nothing, we initiated more contact trying to get information on when our stuff would arrive. After reaching out for a few days we are told Wednesday at the latest. Finally it arrived. Both boxes were infested with ants. We took care of it and let them know we emptied and they could pick up the empty boxes as soon as that same day. They sent us an email saying they had been picked up, but they were not. We called, let them know they made an error and asked for more information on when they will pick up. “No later than Thursday”….and they were picked up on the follow Monday with no communication unless we initiated. It’s been almost a month and now we have a charge for storage from them showing up which I would love to see a receipt and reason for that charge. Still waiting…I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. Poorly organized and like pulling teeth to get basic information from staff would were not very kind to work with.

Terrible communication, terrible information, charged us for storage of Uboxes we had emptied and they were late in picking up without a receipt or any verbal or written agreement. Still waiting to hear an explanation for the charge let alone see a receipt or refund.

Great place of business!!!! I came here the customer service was great and Bret Bohler came out and help put the piece on the back of my truck it beats going to Walmart. I was in and out!!!!!!!
