Ordered a tow hitch from this U-Haul 3 weeks ago. They scheduled the appointment for 4/13/22. I was told by the person who stated he was the one who would be installing the hitch that it probably would be sooner and that they would call. I called on 4/12/22 to confirm the appointment, and I was told that the parts had not arrived. I asked for someone who would know when the parts would arrive. I was told they would call me. On 4/13/2022 I called again and asked for an approximate eta on the parts . I was told again that the parts had not arrived and the their installation tech had gone somewhere else and they did not know when I would be rescheduled. I canceled the order. I will never use uhaul again.

Daphne and her crew were awesome. We had a bad experience with a uhaul dealer and went to her uhaul center to finish our return. They were so helpful. She really turned around our experience. Hopefully we don't move for a long time but when we do we will go directly to her and her amazing crew

Daphne provided the ultimate customer service. My box has been sitting in storage for 5 days because the mover hired never picked it up with no communication. Daphne was able to cancel that mover and get my box shipped to Ft Pierce and will have it delivered. Thank you!
