Was giving an truck and trailer that was damaged, not to mention it was extremely reckless of them to do. I had to drive across county from Boise to Tennessee, and Sean and he’s staff told me everything was ready to go. The wipers were falling apart, the transmission fluid was low the engine oil was dirty and the alignment was off. 700 miles into my trip the truck kept reducing power and it almost got me killed 2-3 times pulling out onto the highway. And calling the hotline for roadside assistance didn’t help at all. And not to mention their messed up trailer damaged my vehicle. So if you don’t want to risk your life or your property do NOT rent from Boise Chinden or Uhaul for this matter!!!

Been coming to this uhaul for several years and like most places has its ups and downs but seening a real improvement over the last few weeks, mason has always been helpful with mechanical questions.

You can’t hang up on people and expect them to be happy with your service. This morning I got a call telling me I need to return the trailer even though I booked it until Monday with the agent on the phone the week before. When I told U-Haul on Chinden that that was the case they hung up on me. Ridiculous and completely unprofessional.
