They do not like to pick up the phone. I do not recommend UHaul storage at all. You are late 4 days and they put their own lock on your storage unit and then do not want to pick up the phone to get it taken off.

Rented a enclosed trailer for the day. I asked the employee if I could drop it off that night. He told us no problem. I even asked again about what to do when we were outside. Said to drop it off in front. Said its a problem and told me where to put it. Not one time did he mention there was an extra charge to do that. All I was told was no problem and told where to put it. Then I was charged a toll, even through I was charged on my easy pass as well. Overall not great with communication or customer service.

I have had nothing but problems with this Uhaul. Earlier this summer we needed wiring done. They called the day before to confirm what had to be done. I showed up and after they had my car for over 7 hours they then informed me they couldn't do the work. They told me to bring it back Friday and the guy who could do it would be there. Showed up that Friday and was told the guy wasn't there and they couldn't do it. Now this past weekend I rented a trailer to move my daughter. I rented it for two days and thought it would be easier to drop it off Saturday night instead of Sunday. I asked the employee if I could drop it off Saturday night. He told us no problem. I even asked again about what to do when we were outside. Not a problem and told me where to put it. Not one time did he mention there was an extra charge to do that. A charge that cost more than the actual rental. All I was told was no problem and told where to put it. Not happy with this place. Worse customer service. You always have to wait in line forever on top of all the other issues they have. I will never go to this Uhual again. Plenty others out there who have better service, are honest, and doesn't try to rip customers off.
