It was good they worked with me I returned it back to Houghton instead of Lanse at Dynamite Hill towing there lot was full. So it was all ok I returned it with a full tank instead of 3/4 like when I got it but my parents taught me to return a vehicle with more gas in it.

Leiann is absolutely amazing to work with! She helped us so much in every step of the process renting a large u-haul truck and vehicle transport trailer for a cross-country move. She went out of her way to reserve a truck for us that was full of gas and took great care to make sure the truck was safe and functional for our drive. She also helped us with the process of inspecting the vehicle to ensure we would not be charged for any damages/imperfections we were not responsible for. Thank you Leiann for being such a rockstar and taking so much care in what you do!!!

I paid for and had a contract for a unit and they rented it to someone else from under me. They put me in a smaller 5x5 which isn't sufficient. I contacted them about getting me into a 10x10 asap buy not heard back. Thoroughly disappointed in this uhaul. I'll edit when the wrong is made right.
