I had a fantastic experience here… There was an issue with some equipment that I rented; without going into it too deeply, one of the girls at the counter there made a mistake. When I pointed it out they went WAY above and beyond to make it right. This place has the best hours, the employees have the best attitudes and are extremely helpful, and you get a sense that the staff here just knows what’s up… like it’s a fun place to work on top of being a great place to do business with. Thanks to Kaylin and to Kaitlyn for being wonderful human beings.

I have rented from them 3 different trucks and 2 different uhaul sun the past 5 years. And every single time if I had questions or concerns about anything they helped me and got me to where I needed. And if something on my bill was wrong they worked with me to it right! I highl recommend.

This location has outstanding customer service they were fast and efficient. And the units that I had rented from them was in great shape as well. The entrance gate to the storage unit could use repair but I didn't think it deserved a reduction in rating just something to be noted.
